    • Initial Psychiatric Evaluations 60-minutes: $150 (out of network cost)

    • Adult ADHD Evaluation and TOVA Test Session 90-120 minutes: $350 (out of network cost)

    • Perinatal and Postpartum Intake Evaluations 90-minutes: $175 (out of network cost)

    • Perinatal and Postpartum Counseling (individual psychotherapy) 45-60 minutes: $110 (out of network cost)

    • Individual Psychotherapy 45-60 minutes: $110 (out of network cost)

    • Medication Management/follow-up session: 30-minutes $65 (out of network cost)

      *All services will have the option of including integrative treatment interventions (lifestyle & diet modifications, sleep hygiene modifications, development of healthy coping skills, life coaching, self-care interventions, etc.)

  • DUO Mental Health is currently accepting Delaware and Pennsylvania clients for in-person and telehealth sessions. (ages 18 to 65).

  • At this time, DUO Mental Health is an out-of-network private practice and does not accept any commercial or private healthcare insurance.

    Ashley Womack is considered an out of network mental healthcare provider. All clients will be provided with a super bill (a detailed service receipt) which can be submitted to their insurance carrier for reimbursement if they have a PPO.

    For more information, the provider recommends clients to contact their insurance provider for additional information about out of network service benefits/reimbursement.
